Reward Your Success arose from two desires: to create beautiful jewelry and to help women realize their dreams at any age.
A bit about me: I was born the month John F. Kennedy announced his candidacy for the Democratic party presidential nomination, the year the Marshall Space Flight Center in my hometown was dedicated, and seven months before Hurricane Donna rampaged through Florida and New England. I grew up dancing in little white go-go boots to the music of the Beatles and the Monkees, and performing with my younger brother in the backyard to the music of the Partridge Family. (I got to be Keith Partridge, because I was older.)
My bachelor’s degree is in Art, specialty in printmaking, with a minor in English (specifically Linguistics). I worked my way through college in the university library, and got my master’s degree in Library Service. My first job was at a university library two hours from my hometown. I decided I was bored with the library by 2000, and took a job as the first web designer in the university relations division. After many years and a master’s certificate in web design and development, I’m still a web monkey.
I’ve written elsewhere about my turning my negative experiences into positives, and became a self-published author, with two novels, a book of short stories, and a nonfiction book on web design to my credit. But a second chance at reinvention came when I was off work for three surgeries in the course of a few months. I discovered the world of book marketing, and started Maximum Author Impact, a web design and online marketing business.
After a couple of years, I realized that wasn’t really where my heart is. This new venture is closer to my roots and to my soul. I’m thrilled and excited to present Reward Your Success. I hope you’re as excited as I am.
Wishing you peace and success,
